Allegiance COBRA Services, Inc.

Allegiance Benefit Plan Management, Inc. (formerly Intermountain Administrators) was founded by President and CEO, Dirk Visser in 1981. Allegiance COBRA Services, Inc. was formed on December 12, 2003 and is a sister company of Allegiance Benefit Plan Management, Inc. (ABPMI). ABPMI has been providing COBRA administration since 1989.

Mission Statement

It is the mission of ACS to provide the most cost-effective, efficient, and timely COBRA benefit administration and related services to our employer client for the benefit of their former employees.
